Are you passionate about science, art, and making people smile? Do you love engaging with visitors and bringing exhibits to life? The Washington Pavilion is looking for a Museum Interactor to create unforgettable experiences in our Kirby Science Discovery Center and Visual Arts Center.

This isn’t your typical job—every day is an adventure! You’ll interact with guests, present fun programs, help maintain exhibits, and even take on the role of Radley Rex, our beloved mascot.

• Welcome and engage guests to make their visit exciting and memorable.
• Teach science and art concepts in a fun, hands‑on way—no boring lectures.
• Monitor museum spaces to keep exhibits clean, safe, and interactive.
• Assist with the Cine Dome & Planetarium (because space is awesome).
• Support school field trips, private events, and birthday parties—yes, cake may be involved!
• Be a part of the action, whether taking tickets, leading group tours, or handling our dino mascot.

• A fun, energetic, and outgoing personality—playfully professional is our vibe.
• Strong communication skills and a love for engaging with people of all ages.
• Experience in education, STEM, art, museums, or customer service is a plus.
• Organizational skills and flexibility—because no two days are the same.
• Must be 18+ and available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
