Patient Care Cooridnator

Dental Solutions is a busy and growing professional dental office with an opening for a self‑motivated and efficient Treatment Plan Coordinator. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, competitive pay, and benefits.

Business hours are Monday‑Thursday 8am‑5pm. Schedule hours are 7:30am‑5:15pm.

• Answering phones
• Checking patient’s insurance benefits
• Treatment planning
• Checking patients in and out
• Sending statements
• Helping throughout the office as needed

• One‑year dental front desk experience preferred
• Eaglesoft knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of how to obtain insurance breakdowns/eligibility and enter information correctly
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of dental procedures

• Hourly rate DOE
• 4‑day work week

A high school diploma is required.
