What You'll Do- Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of projects.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and code analyses.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Stay current on design trends, technologies, codes, and regulations.
- Mentor emerging design professionals.
- Support client relationships, business development efforts, and project interviews.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Current architectural licensure required.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Enscape, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of planning, construction technologies, codes, and regulations.
- Experience coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and design skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
