About the Position
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established and successful team of physicians in Bismarck ND. Please refer to job # 75560
Position Highlights:
Full-time permanent placement

Join a collaborative team of 3 Interventional Radiologists, 8 Diagnostic Radiologists, and 5 APPs

Progressive IR department offering a wide range of services, including:
Stroke and pulmonary thrombectomy

Cryo and microwave ablation

DNV Primary Plus Stroke Certified Center

State-of-the-art facilities, including:
Two Single Plane Fluoro units and a dedicated CT scanner

ACR Accredited Radiology Department

Newly remodeled department with advanced imaging equipment and an efficient workflow

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation floor of $650,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed RVUs.
In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
