• Manage and supervise the daily activities of an assigned classroom
• Develops, implements, and evaluates programming in the classroom as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Leads classroom activities in an instructional atmosphere through implementation and training
• Prepares and maintains classroom materials for the implementation of educational programming
• Conducts, evaluates, and maintains records and assessments
• Writes and maintains the implementation of educational programs/protocols for student IEPs
• Develops and implements weekly lesson plans
• Monitors and reviews student data for instructional and assessment purposes
• Maintains and documents all relevant educational and behavioral data
• Supervise and coach direct reports
• Provides clinical and professional oversight
• Monitors and evaluates performance and conducts performance reviews
• Addresses staff problems and recommends disciplinary actions
• Monitors and staffs work schedules and approves schedule exceptions
