- Flexible Schedule (Fall):
Part-time hours Monday–Friday during the school year, with a flexible start date between July and August. Hours are 6:30–8:00 AM and/or 2:30–6:00 PM. - Competitive Pay:

- Engage and Inspire:
Support educational, recreational, and STEAM-based activities for elementary-aged kids that keep them motivated and excited to learn and explore. Help create a fun, inclusive environment with age‑appropriate themes, activities, and field trips. - Collaborate and Mentor:
Work with a dynamic team to build a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports students’ personal and academic growth. Serve as a role model and help students set and achieve goals. - Ensure Safety and Connection:
Respond to student needs, maintain safety, and track progress. Build strong relationships with parents and foster connections with local schools to support a thriving community. - Where You’ll Work:
Elementary schools in Sioux Falls, Brandon, and/or Harrisburg.
- Communication & Reliability:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with youth and families, along with reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent programming and care. - Education & Experience:
Previous experience or education in a related field is helpful but not required. CPR certification is required, with training provided if needed. - What We Value:
