K-5 Site Coordinator: 2026–2027 School Year

We're hiring a Site Coordinator for a fun, flexible after school program supporting elementary students in Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, and Brandon. If you have experience in education, child development, or youth leadership, and a passion for youth development and team building, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact.

  Schedule:
  
  Part-time afternoon hours, Monday through Friday during the school year, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a flexible start date between July and August.

• Education & Experience: Preferred experience or education in early childhood development, elementary education, or related fields. Experience supervising staff is a plus. CPR certification required (training provided if needed).
• Skills & Abilities: Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Able to prioritize and work independently.
