Quality Engineer

Position Overview

We're seeking a hands‑on Quality Control Engineer to support quality assurance across our product lines. This role will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure high standards, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

• Develop and manage quality control procedures and inspections
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and internal standards
• Support product development and continuous improvement efforts
• Monitor and improve supplier quality performance
• Track and report on key quality metrics

• 3–5 years of experience in quality control or engineering within manufacturing
• Proficient with SPC, 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methods
• Experience with industrial or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
