As the head of Maintenance and Engineering, you will ensure peak equipment performance and minimal downtime through advanced maintenance strategies. You will implement systems like Predictive Maintenance and lead high-performing teams while managing capital projects safely and efficiently. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 10 years of relevant experience are required.

A competitive salary of $160-210K plus bonus is offered.
