• Own the Process:
  Determine, review, and optimize all manufacturing processes for cost‑effectiveness and feasibility from start to finish.
• Lead and Mentor:
  Supervise and develop our Manufacturing Engineering team, establishing a culture of professional accountability and independent execution.
• Drive Capital Projects:
  Investigate, justify, purchase, and track key capital assets and supervise the design and construction of tooling.
• Accelerate Automation:
  Lead major, high‑priority projects including our robotic welding integration and production line expansions.
• Coordinate Cross‑Functionally:
  Manage plant layouts, coordinate outside contractors, and align with Quality and Production teams to streamline administrative processes.

• B.S. in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in the manufacturing engineering field.
• Five to seven years of hands‑on management experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering.
• A proven track record of process ownership, including defining manufacturing steps, routings, and settings standards.
• Strong project management, project planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to drive capital projects to completion.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, metal forming, assembly, or HVAC manufacturing environments.
• Direct experience with robotic welding integration, plant layout modifications, or heat exchanger manufacturing is highly desirable.
