At Michels Power, you'll lead complex Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction projects while working alongside customers, field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to safely deliver high-quality projects that meet schedule, budget, and performance expectations.

As an Electrical Project Manager
, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy industrial electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction projects from project startup through commissioning and closeout. You will be responsible for project safety, financial performance, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, customer relationships, subcontractor management, and overall project execution.

This position supports projects involving industrial electrical systems, instrumentation and controls systems, power generation facilities, Midstream energy infrastructure, compressor stations, pipeline facilities, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and other critical industrial infrastructure throughout North America.

Success requires strong leadership, communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to safely deliver projects while meeting customer expectations, schedule commitments, and financial objectives.

• Lead all phases of project execution from project award through commissioning, startup, turnover, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement activities, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Develop project execution strategies that support safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative throughout project execution.
• Coordinate activities among customers, engineering teams, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, constructability challenges, schedule impacts, and operational issues while developing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
