Diagnostica Stago is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for Stago analyzers in the Sioux Falls, SD region. You will install, maintain, and repair instruments, train end users, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely service and clear communication.
The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to travel up to 75% with excellent collaboration across teams to optimize system performance.
