FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a modern, results-driven facial bar seeking a polished, motivated, and guest-focused professional to join our team. This role is essential to stores success - driving guest experience, supporting daily operations, and contributing to sales and team performance.

This position also offers a Lead Front Bar Receptionist opportunity for candidates with leadership experience who are ready to support team development and studio growth.

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales goals, including memberships and retail skincare
• Educate guests on services, products, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated front bar presentation
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Coach and support front bar team members to maintain high performance standards
• Assist with training, leadership coverage, and daily operational support
• Partner with management to support store goals and team accountability
• Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ in the community through events and partnership opportunities

• Guest service and sales experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Leadership experience preferred (required for Lead consideration)
• Spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Positive, reliable, and professional mindset
• Passion for skincare and client experience

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience Preferred
• Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Availability:
Nights and Weekends Required. Must be able to work Sundays.
