Do you love live shows, big events, and the thrill of being behind the scenes? The Washington Pavilion is looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Stagehands to join our seasonal call list pool. This is your chance to play a key role in bringing world‑class productions, concerts, and Broadway shows to life!

What’s in it for you?

Excellent Pay: $18/hr for touring shows, $24/hr for Broadway shows, plus $1.50/hr shift differential for late-night work.

Free Washington Pavilion Membership

A flexible, seasonal schedule with opportunities to work days, evenings, and weekends.

• Set the Stage – Help prepare performance spaces, set up lights, sound, and rigging, and get everything performance‑ready.
• Be the Backstage Hero – Load and unload equipment, assist with scene changes, operate lighting and sound, and support performers behind the scenes.
• Wrap it Up – After the show, help return the space to its original setup, report any equipment issues, and get ready for the next big event.

• A willingness to learn and be part of a dynamic team
• Ability to work long hours when needed (the show must go on!)
• A positive attitude and respect for all performers and crew
• Must be 18 or older

Experience in technical theatre is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll show you the ropes!
