Parking Attendant – Game Day Event Management
Augustana University invites applications for the position of Parking Attendant – Game Day Event Management. This position reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director-Operations while providing support athletic gameday event management providing parking information, direct traffic, cashier, and park vehicles during home events. This is a seasonal position, that includes working nights and weekends during the months of September – May.

Areas of Responsibility/Required Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling.
- Experience working with parking.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, to include holidays.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
- Ability to monitor a two-way radio.
- Working nights and weekends to cover assigned athletic events
- Noise level is usually moderate, but can be loud with game day traffic and tailgating activities.
- This job will be expected to work in outdoor conditions to possibly include moderate weather.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- All Augustana University employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend any required health and safety training, proactively promote safety at work and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries.
