The Camera Operator supports the live broadcast production of professional basketball games by contributing to the setup, preparation, and on-air operation of camera and broadcast equipment. Working as part of a collaborative production crew, this role plays a hands-on part in delivering a smooth and professional broadcast experience, assisting with both technical preparation and live game coverage to help ensure high-quality content for viewers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list:
- Assist with pregame setup of cameras, cabling, headsets, and broadcast equipment.
- Support broadcast audio setup and testing for on-air talent and production staff.
- Operate a game camera during live broadcasts as assigned.
- Work closely with the broadcast crew to ensure a smooth, professional production.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with live video production or camera operation preferred.
