The Loan Servicing Specialist position is responsible for critical financial data. Work expected to include the items listed below.
- Input data of new loans into banking software
- Update outstanding loans in banking software. For example, reflect drawdowns, payments, extensions, modifications, and payoffs.
- Send checks and wires to clients and title companies as directed.
- Setup recurring ACH payments for clients
- Handle missed and failed payments
- Verify and update fund recipient information
- Prepare periodic reports
Across all responsibilities, accuracy is the paramount concern. No travel will be required. Remote work is not available.
QualificationsPreference given to candidates with similar work experience inside of a bank or other financial institution. The right candidate is one that thinks methodically and is grounded and collaborative. Experience with Jack Henry Silver Lake is a plus.
