The Chief Wealth Management Officer provides strategic and operational leadership for the Wealth Management division, with accountability for client experience, growth, fiduciary excellence, talent development, and financial performance.   • Communicate clearly, delegate effectively, and empower teammates to execute.
  • Build bench strength through coaching, succession planning, and development.
  • Promote FNB values and ensure adherence to regulatory and policy expectations.

Drive sustainable growth by expanding client relationships, developing talent, and pursuing continuous improvement that advances the long-term success of the Wealth Management team.

  • Promote continuous learning and development for the team and self.
  • Build strong client and referral relationships to support retention, growth, and expanded services.
  • Drive business plan goals through a proactive, client-centered approach.
  • Partner across business lines to deepen relationships and improve the client experience.
