Job OverviewFocus on DSCR originations. Work as the front line with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources. Must be self‑motivated and entrepreneurial. BFI is a direct lender with a low‑cost, flexible balance sheet that provides competitive advantage. Originations will be retained on balance sheet through maturity or aggregated for eventual bulk sales.
Initially receive support from closing personnel; upon moderate success, underwriting, marketing, and IT resources may become available.
CompensationPerformance based. Potential for substantial bonus tied to profitability, plus a base salary (not a draw) and standard benefits.
Ongoing performance required to maintain employment, including meeting minimum origination targets, avoiding client or loan buyer issues, and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date information in Hub Spot CRM.
QualificationsExperience in DSCR originations is required.
