We're seeking a Financial Consultant to join a highly respected Workplace Wealth Management team, partnering with leading employers to help employees maximize their financial benefits and achieve long-term financial success.
In this highly visible role, you'll become a trusted advisor to corporate clients, Human Resources leaders, and plan participants by delivering personalized financial guidance, retirement planning, and investment education. You'll work with employees at every stage of their financial journey while strengthening relationships with some of the firm's most valued workplace clients.
What You'll Do
As the primary financial resource for assigned workplace relationships, you will:
- Build trusted partnerships with plan sponsors, Human Resources teams, and internal business partners.
- Develop and execute participant engagement strategies that increase awareness and utilization of workplace financial benefits.
- Deliver personalized financial planning and investment guidance through one-on-one consultations.
- Lead educational workshops, retirement seminars, benefits fairs, lunch-and-learns, and virtual presentations.
- Educate participants on retirement planning, investment strategies, 401(k) and 403(b) plans, equity compensation, stock plans, tax-efficient investing, estate planning, and broader financial wellness topics.
- Collaborate with local branch teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Help participants make informed financial decisions that improve long-term outcomes while strengthening employer relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, retirement planning, or financial advisory services
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (OR 63 & 65) licenses required
- Life & Annuity license a plus
- CFP® or CRPC® designation is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial planning, retirement strategies, and investment products
- Experience providing personalized financial guidance to clients
- Comfortable presenting to both individuals and large groups
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with corporate clients, HR professionals, and workplace stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
