Chase - 4810 South Western Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check them into the waiting queue and schedule/cancel meetings.;
Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology options like Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.;
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and collaborative teamwork to help achieve financial goals.;
Perform branch operations, including cash devices such as cash vaults and ATMs, in accordance with bank policies.
