About the Role

As a Product Commercialization Manager for Issuing Sponsorship and Agent Bank portfolio, you will lead the development and management of the bank's sponsorship product offering, enabling fintechs, program managers, and embedded finance partners to launch and scale card issuing programs under the bank's regulatory and network licenses as well as provide product support to our agent bank portfolio. This role is responsible for owning the Visa and Mastercard issuing product stack across debit, prepaid, and credit use cases, ensuring full compliance, operational efficiency, and a partner-centric experience.

This is a critical product leadership role in a sponsor bank environment, where you will interface across product, compliance, operations, network partners, and clients to deliver robust, scalable issuing infrastructure.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation that addresses compliance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and other governance topics.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing new solutions and expanding use of existing products.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to set the product strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Understand the needs and problems of both Pathward partners and end users.
  • Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery.
  • Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations.
  • Monitor and communicate product performance, key metrics, and relevant partner/user feedback.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute.
  • Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning.
  • Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' of prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products required.
  • Written and verbal communication
