The Executive Assistant/Client Service Administrator provides high-level administrative, operational, and client service support to the Lead Advisor of a seasoned Financial Advisor and practice in the Sioux Falls area. This role helps drive practice efficiency by managing client communication, scheduling, documentation, financial planning support, and workflow coordination while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Executive Assistant/Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by the Financial Advisor.
This position is an in-office position with some travel.
Compensation is $52, annually.

- Maintain organized client records, documentation, forms, and operational processes in alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Support advisors with financial planning preparation, including Tax Efficiency Checklists, Net Worth Statements, planning documents, analysis, client presentation materials, and fee-based planning support.
- Develop proficiency in key business and planning tools, including Salesforce CRM, Morningstar, Money Guide Pro , What-If Tax software, Docu Sign, and e-application platforms.
- Prepare, process, and track client service requests, account paperwork, applications, transfers, QCD requests, Docu Sign documentation, and other required forms in accordance with compliance standards.
- Document client meeting notes in Salesforce using approved technology and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Coordinate client communication and scheduling, including incoming calls, appointment setting, confirmation reminders, and requests for tax returns, account statements, or other documentation.
- Proactively support advisor efficiency, office workflow, and a seamless, professional client experience throughout the planning process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of administrative assistant or other relevant job experience required
- Financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management experience preferred
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
