To thrive as a Health Specialist at Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership, a blend of education and practical skills is essential. A minimum of an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a related field lays the foundational knowledge needed to excel in this role. Additionally, possessing a current South Dakota Licensed Professional Medical Training certification (RN or LPN) is vital to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.
