We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Orthopedic Institute in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

This is an unscheduled part time position
, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is for the 4:30- 7 PM Walk-In-Clinic Hours. There is also a Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM Walk-in-Clinic hours that are available. You will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients while gaining valuable experience in the field of orthopedics.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
