As a Patient Service Representative at our Orthopedic Institute in Sioux Falls SD, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients.
This is a full-time position and is scheduled Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 7 PM. There is also an occasional Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM rotation.
- Greet patients and verify insurance information.
- Collect patient information and co-pays.
- Schedule appointments and address patient questions or concerns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients entering the institute, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Knowledge of insurance protocols and registration processes is preferred.
