4-10 hour. Varying shifts ,  and ) Will be on the mandate list to fill any vacant call that is not picked up. Will be on call every other weekend if needed. Will take Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday call if needed. 30 minute response time. 1 call per week or 1 call week

ACLS, BLS Certification

BLS - must be AHA 2-3 years experience required. Does this candidate require time off during the assignment? If yes, please put dates in the comments section. ACLS - must be AHA RCIS or RCES- preferred. Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

All clinicians must badge in and out ubs:
Ceil Blue (Provided). Shift: 4-10 hr. varying shifts ,  and ). Will be on the mandate list to fill any vacant call that is not picked up. On Call: 1 call per week and 1 call weekend every 3-4 weeks, 30 minute response time.

Job Description:

General job duties. Types of procedures required. Scrub, circulate and monitor peripheral/vascular cases, right and left heart caths, possibly scrub devices and work in EP cases. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) XIM (division of Witt, Philips charting), EPIC, Pyxis, Xcelera, Siemens and Philips fluoro systems. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Preferred 2-3 years minimum experience.

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.) ACLS, BLS. Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) No floating to other units. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 8 fluoro rooms, 1 minimally invasive room without fluoro. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Orientation will be focused on monitoring in XIM and being able to scrub and circulate effectively.
