Pay range: $59,354 - $89,032/yr — Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.

Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Senior HR Generalist to oversee a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, performance management, and compliance. This position serves as a key resource to staff and leaders, ensuring consistent application of policies and aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Requires weekday office hours, with occasional evening and weekend hours for meetings and events.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in healthcare. SHRM-CP or similar HR certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
