Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Human Resources Specialist will implement HR policies, manage employee records, and oversee day-to-day HR operations. This role involves supporting employee benefits administration, monitoring compliance with HR regulations, and ensuring smooth personnel management processes. The individual will also assist with recruitment, staff onboarding, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Strong skills in HR Management and HR Policies development
  • Experience in administering Employee Benefits and managing benefit programs
  • Expertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
