• Accurately manage bi-weekly payroll in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond promptly and accurately any employee inquiries regarding benefit changes, payroll questions and HRIS issues.
• Conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments, and payroll deductions to billing for accuracy.
• Responsible for employee leave administration including completion of FMLA forms and accurately tracking time off in HRIS system.
• Lead the administration of new hire and ongoing employee benefits, changes, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and review staffing matrix to post positions when necessary.
• Assist with creation of job descriptions, job postings and interview questions.
• Complete phone screenings and sit in on select interviews.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner for orientation.
• Conduct all new hire orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director of Human Resources on various HR-related policies, procedures, initiatives, and projects.
