Role Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant specializing in Production Planning (PP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the SAP PP module, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting production planning processes. This role involves working closely with business users to understand production requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy in production planning.
Key Responsibilities:Configure and support SAP PP processes including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and planning strategies.
Execute and support MRP runs, demand management, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with MM, SD, FI, and QM teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Assist in testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. Provide support during go-live and post-implementation activities.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration guides, and user documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP implementations and support.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
HANA Exposure:
Knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud solutions is a plus.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in planning and configuration tasks.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
