Senior ERP & MES Solution Specialist

As a Senior ERP & MES Solution Specialist, you will work within a cross‑functional team composed of a Master Data Manager, a Business Analyst, and a Production Analyst, contributing to the development and support of ERP (SAP) and MES solutions serving manufacturing and logistics processes.

You will play a key role in coordinating activities, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and fostering effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders. This position includes a significant hands‑on component, both in functional analysis and in system configuration and daily management.

• Actively contribute to functional analysis, ERP system configuration, and operational issue resolution in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
• Support team activity planning and prioritization, helping to advance ERP & MES initiatives.
• Interact directly with SAP, focusing on PP, MM, SD, and MD modules. You should understand how these modules interact with one another and influence end-to-end business processes.
• Contribute to documenting implemented solutions and business process flows.
• Participate in test execution, release management, and post-go-live support.
• Promote Agile practices and help structure the team's work into short iterations and continuous improvement cycles.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
