We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business / Systems Analyst with a strong background in IT projects, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and compliance-driven documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions, drive process optimization, and support end-to-end SDLC initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Expertise- Business & Systems Analysis for enterprise IT projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Agile / Scrum methodology experience
- Azure Dev Ops (ADO):
Epics, Features, User Stories - Business Process Modeling (Process Flows, Input/Output Diagrams)
- User Access Management & Change Management
- Privacy & Compliance Management tools (One Trust or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Business/System Analysis
- Hands‑on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven project planning, leadership, and coordination skills
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
