At Goal Solutions, this role exists to help launch new servicing clients, implement new programs, and expand our backup servicing operations within Launch Servicing Solutions.
When onboarding and implementation slow down, revenue slows down. You will help remove those delays by keeping client launches, system setup, and cross-team coordination moving forward.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate client onboarding and servicing implementations, coordinating conversions, managing timelines, and ensuring successful launches
- Translate business needs into system requirements support testing, and drive process and system improvements
- Analyze servicing data, support file mapping and validation, and partner with IT on system enhancements
- Manage backup servicing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness
- Manage cross-functional projects, track risks, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updates
- Anticipate risks early and mitigate issues to maintain delivery timelines
- Fast-moving, highly cross-functional role, operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Managing concurrent deadlines across multiple projects
- Regular communication and coordination with both internal teams and external clients
- Hands-on work with data files and servicing systems
- Shifting priorities driven by client needs and evolving business demands
- Taking ownership of deliverables with minimal step‑by‑step guidance
- You learn systems quickly and are comfortable diving into technical detail
- You are highly organized and can manage competing priorities
- You communicate clearly and proactively across teams
- You enjoy solving problems in real time, not waiting for instructions
- You can work independently while staying aligned with stakeholders
- 2+ years in loan servicing, program management, or client implementation
- Experience working with data files, data mapping, or system integrations
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and business teams
- Experience in consumer lending, or financial services
- Experience as a 3rd party servicer, servicing platforms or loan conversion
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Independently manage key parts of client onboarding and implementation
- Help expand backup servicing capabilities and processes
- Take ownership of recurring monthly servicing responsibilities
- Execute effectively to reduce bandwidth constraints on senior team members
