Service Now Consultant (Technical)
The team is implementing ITAM for a new customer. The work involves setting up the Service Now platform, foundational data, and setup, then installing HAM and SAM to support the customer's ITAM objectives. Service Catalog and Request will be established with catalog items to support ITAM requests.
