This is a full-time remote role for a Workday Developer specializing in Talent & Recruiting modules. The Workday Developer will design, build, and implement Workday solutions to support HR and recruiting operations. Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing Workday’s Talent & Recruiting modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring integration with other systems. Additionally, this role will involve maintaining system updates, providing technical support, and delivering end-user training as necessary.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday Talent and Recruiting modules, including configuration, integration, and optimization
- Experience with software development, including Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and report writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of HR processes and recruiting workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Prior experience with additional Workday modules or certifications, such as Workday HCM, is a plus
