They are currently seeking a corporate-wide HRMS Analyst to support their workforce and ensure optimal decision-making for our employees. They have implemented Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) a few years ago and are continuing to enhance its capabilities across various divisions. We are actively looking for a detail-oriented HCM Analyst to oversee Workday integrations and reporting. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the Workday platform, and the ability to drive results through effective communication and work management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reporting directly to the Human Resources Management System Manager, the HCM Analyst will perform the following key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day system support for Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits with a focus on reporting and integrations.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer to build custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Understand business requirements and configure Workday functionality to meet those needs.
- Prepare testing strategies, test scripts, and conduct end-user testing.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to define business requirements, develop custom reports, and create appropriate reporting metrics.
- Monitor vendor interfaces, including integration points, interface processing, error identification, and resolution.
- Update, maintain, and clone integrations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of HR information system experience, with a focus on Workday integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes, best practices, and data management.
- Familiarity with automated file transfers and benefit vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint to analyze data, identify process gaps, and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with users to gather insights into business processes.
- Ability to clearly communicate system and process solutions to business partners and operational teams, including creating and delivering training and process documentation.
- Provide high-level analytical support for ad hoc projects or requests.
- Analyze large datasets and ensure data integrity.
