A&B Business Solutions is seeking a Level 4 Helpdesk Technician to join our IT division. This role involves providing advanced IT support to our customers, dealing with complex IT systems, and troubleshooting to resolve advanced technical issues. The ideal candidate will be ready for tasks and projects above and beyond the standard help desk model.

• Provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex IT issues
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to diagnose and resolve multi-faceted problems
• Develop and implement IT solutions that improve system performance and reliability
• Document all actions taken during problem resolution.
• Train and mentor helpdesk staff
• Perform quarterly business reviews with assigned clients
• Maintain client relationships
• Act as a technical advisor to sales as they work new IT business leads

• Strict attention to detail, organization and professionalism
• Personable, honest and trustworthy
• Excellent time management skills: ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all education and professional backgrounds from entry level staff to CFO/COO/CEO

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
• Customer Service experience preferred
