About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this full‑time, on‑site position, you will focus on building lasting client relationships, delivering personalized insurance solutions, and providing exceptional service. You will help clients protect what matters most by assessing their needs, recommending suitable products, conducting policy reviews, assisting with claims, and driving sales through proactive outreach and outstanding customer support.

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored products and coverage options
• Present and explain insurance policies clearly and effectively
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure ongoing suitability and identify opportunities for enhancements
• Process claims efficiently and support clients through the claims process
• Promote insurance products and generate new business through sales efforts, referrals, and networking
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, including active listening, problem‑solving, and timely follow‑up

• Experience in insurance sales, insurance brokerage, or related fields is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
• Solid understanding of finance and financial planning concepts
• Excellent customer service abilities, with strong active listening and problem‑solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain keen attention to detail
• State insurance license required (or willingness and ability to obtain one promptly)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work on‑site in our Sioux Falls office
• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
