This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Sioux Falls, SD. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing insurance services, and assisting clients in selecting insurance products tailored to their needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting policy reviews, processing claims, and promoting insurance products through sales efforts and excellent customer service practices.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage is a bonus but willing to teach
• Knowledge in Finance and financial planning concepts
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening and problem-solving
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and attention to detail
• State insurance license (or the ability to obtain one) is required
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
