A Buyer will join our Supply Chain Team in Sioux Falls, SD, working closely with production, drafting, and sales to understand timelines, manage inventory, and maintain budgets.

• The Buyer works closely with production, drafting, sales, and inventory teams to manage schedules, projects, and costs, ensuring budgets align with projections.
• Self‑starter with flexibility and eagerness to contribute to company goals.

• Create and send purchase orders for products, goods and services.
• Review packing lists and follow up on back‑ordered products.
• Process Return Material Authorizations and supplier corrective actions.
• Review production prints to confirm parts requested and ordered.
• Track cost and reasons for urgent production orders.
• Process and put away inbound purchases.
• Verify received items match invoices.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate with production and operations.
• Organize and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Talk, hear, sit, stand, walk upstairs.
• Use hands to handle or feel, reach with arms.
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
• Lift 20 lbs. frequently, 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Work in various physical positions, including heights.
• Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment.
• Manual dexterity for computer, forklift, and peripherals.

• Effectively manage supplier and internal relationships.
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, multitasking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Negotiation experience.
• Team‑oriented communication.
• Computer literacy; proficient in Google Suites, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
