Janitorial Technician –Sioux Falls, SD

Purpose:

Advance customer satisfaction and business success through the exceptional, high-quality, and timely completion of after-hours commercial and public facility cleaning projects. This role is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services for various businesses, including offices, clinics, pharmacies, and retail establishments.

Essential Functions:

• Execute routine janitorial maintenance cleaning of commercial facilities, including detailed dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash/recycling, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning breakrooms/kitchen areas.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet cleaning schedules
• Secure buildings properly upon completion of services, following all client-specific procedures.
• May be required to perform specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing in specific facilities.
• Manage and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Graduate or GED Required.
• Ability to pass a background check Required.

• Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 100 lbs., to perform job functions.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures.
