Job Purpose

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within an organization, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves managing project teams, resources, and timelines, ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead and oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment of project goals.
• Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics and resolving any issues or risks that may arise during execution.
• Monitor program budget, tracking spend from both a resource and material capacity in terms of time period element.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and successes to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Have exposure, experience, and proficiency in the suite of MS Office tools with an emphasis on MS Project and MS Powerpoint.
• Have exposure to the Atlassian suite of program development tools.
• Implement and manage processes for continuous improvement, optimizing program delivery and achieving business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management or project management, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.

The annual salary for this role is $105,750 - $141,000 plus any applicable bonus. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
