Job Details Primary Purpose

This role will act as Compliance Officer for our organization as well as oversee all aspects of Trust Operations function. This includes designing and implementing operations systems to streamline business operations and maximize revenue. This role requires ability to manage process and people as well as efficiently translate strategic vision into actionable tasks. This person is the AML/BSA expert internally and creates actionable and proactive compliance policy and procedure to mitigate risk.

This position is hybrid with some in‑office expectation as well as opportunity to work remotely. Candidate must live in, or be open to relocating to Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of Trust Operations function
  • Lead all Trust Operations and Administrative staff
  • Manage, implement and own all technology solutions including updates and employee training; research and recommend changes when necessary
  • Manage new initiatives and efficiency projects
  • Responsible for compliance and due diligence including monthly, quarterly and annual process and creating internal audit program
  • Act as AML/BSA Compliance Officer
  • Quarterly and annual reporting for SDDB
  • Prepare and participate in annual audits
  • Responsible for continuous improvement including constantly analyzing existing processes and optimizing for accuracy and efficiency
  • Independently identify priorities and opportunities for interdepartmental improvements
  • Analyze data to help drive decision‑making
  • With direction from President, implement business strategy
