General Manager

Sky Dine, Inc. is growing and seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Restaurant General Manager ready to elevate our team and redefine excellence. This position will train in Sioux Falls and then be required to relocate when needed.

As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, leading with vision and precision. From boosting revenue and maximizing profitability to cultivating a culture of exceptional service, you'll set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences and a motivated, high-achieving team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house

• Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
• Control costs and cut waste
• Successfully promote and publicize the brand
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
• Track operations and start corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Scheduling

• Bookkeeping

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a restaurant manager or restaurant general manager

• Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial goals
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serve Safe Manager Certification - a plus

Annual Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000;
Depending on Experience
