We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, leading projects, and implementing new technologies to enhance our financial procedures. • Oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Drive financial planning by conducting regular financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Lead projects aimed at improving financial processes and systems, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement new technologies and systems to streamline financial operations and improve data analysis capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and strategies, and to make informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record in managing operations and leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Experience implementing new technologies and systems in a financial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• A high level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical financial practices.
