We’re hiring a Metal Processor to join a high‑performing team where you’ll work with modern equipment, learn valuable technical skills, and play an important role in producing high‑quality metal parts.

What You’ll Do Material Handling & Preparation- Load, unload, and stage metal materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel)
- Measure, inspect, and verify material dimensions
- Use hand tools and gauges to prep parts
- Operate processing machinery such as saws, shears, deburring machines, and presses
- Set up equipment based on job specifications
- Monitor machines for proper operation and make simple adjustments as needed
- Inspect materials for defects or incorrect specifications
- Verify accuracy before and after processing using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers
- Follow production orders and maintain accuracy in documentation
- Assist welders, fabricators, and machine operators as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, warehouse, or general labor
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfort working around machinery and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for most of the shift
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience with saws or cutting equipment
- Forklift certification
- Experience with CNC, laser, or press brake equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude or machine operating background
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20.00 – $22.00/hr)
