Production Supervisor

Job Title:
Production Supervisor - WEEKLY PAY - $20/hour

We are seeking a diligent Production Supervisor to oversee light assembly positions. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive two-day orientation and must possess critical communication and reading skills. The role involves using magnifying glasses and microscopes to perform meticulous tasks that demand extreme attention to detail and high-quality work. Some positions will require soldering components onto stuffed circuit boards, ensuring every piece is precisely assembled.

The work environment is clean and quieter, with a structured orientation including safety videos and Lean manufacturing documentation. The position offers two shifts: A shift (1st shift) from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm, and B shift (2nd shift) from Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 3:30 am. Employees will receive on-the-job training to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
