Welder

As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding custom metal components for commercial projects while ensuring precision, safety, and adherence to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld aluminum, steel, galvanized, and stainless-steel materials.
• Utilize various welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW.
• Prepare materials by grinding, cutting, drilling, and tapping prior to welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Maintain proper welding techniques to achieve high-quality welds meeting company standards.
• Perform work both in the fabrication shop and at field job sites as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of weld screens and PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and complete additional duties as assigned.
