Key Responsibilities
- Assemble metal and industrial components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean and organize the workshop area when requested or when work spaces become messy
- Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Assist with other production or assembly tasks as needed
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (half day)
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
